What happens to your email.
This notice covers only the early-access form on modax.ai/limen. It is not a product privacy policy — LIMEN is not generally available and is not processing anyone's end users yet.
What we collect
The email address you type into the form, the time you submitted it, and which language version of the form you used. Nothing else. The form posts to our own server at /api/waitlist — there is no third-party form provider. Like every page here, it also loads Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which measure aggregate traffic and page performance. Those set no cookies and do not identify you.
Why we collect it
To contact you about LIMEN early access. That is the only purpose. We do not send a newsletter, we do not sell or share the list, and we do not use it to build a marketing profile.
Where it goes
It is recorded in our server logs, which run on our infrastructure provider, Vercel. We may also forward it to a tool we use to manage the early-access list. If you want to know exactly where your address sits before you sign up, ask us at hello@modax.ai and we will tell you.
How long we keep it
On the early-access list: until early access ends, or until you ask us to remove you. Separately, the request that carried your submission is written to our server logs, and those expire on our hosting provider's own retention schedule — they are request records, not a list we can edit per person.
Getting it removed
Email hello@modax.ai and ask. We will remove you from the early-access list and confirm. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need an account. We cannot retroactively edit the server logs described above; those age out on their own schedule.
