• Sidekick.ai: gameplay highlights, screen/audio context, 3D avatar interactions, voice commands, and AI-generated coaching feedback.
• Future sub-brands: any other digital, audio, or visual materials uploaded or generated through our services.

We collect behavioral data such as pages visited, features used, time spent, gameplay events, interactions, and clickstream logs.

1.4 Device & Technical Information

Includes browser type, IP address, device ID, operating system, game overlay activity, and cookie identifiers.

1.5 Payment Data

Payment details are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers.

1.6 Voice & Interaction Data (Sidekick.ai and related services)

We may process snippets of voice input, screen context, or interaction logs in order to deliver real-time coaching, highlights, and 3D avatar responses. We do not sell or share raw voice recordings with advertisers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Enable the creation, editing, and sharing of AI-generated content (fashion, gaming, or otherwise)

3. AI-Generated Content and IP Ownership

When you use ModaX's AI tools to generate content:

• You and ModaX, Inc. co-own the resulting digital assets unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
• ModaX may display, reproduce, or adapt AI-generated content for platform features, community galleries, research, and marketing.
• You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded or generated materials do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

AI coaching and highlights are supportive features only. ModaX does not guarantee performance improvements, gameplay outcomes, or rankings.

Voice & Overlay Guidance

In-game calls and overlays are informational. Users remain fully responsible for their gameplay actions and decisions.

Stream-Safe Defaults

We design moderation and safe defaults into our platforms, but users are responsible for compliance with external platforms (e.g., Twitch, YouTube, Discord).

Community Interactions

While we provide moderation tools, users may encounter third-party content they find offensive. Reports should be submitted via official channels.

13. Changes to This Policy
